KOŚCIUSZKI Veterinary Clinic joins the LuxVet Group

11.01.2023

The LuxVet Group is not slowing down. It has recently been joined by the Kościuszki Veterinary Clinic, one of the oldest and largest clinics in Toruń. The integration process and the continuing operation of the clinic will be conducted in full cooperation with its owner to date, Doctor Tomasz Garstecki.

The veterinarian facility operating at Kościuszki 41/47 in Toruń was established in 1954. For 35 years, it operated as the State Animal Treatment Center. Subsequently in 1990 it was modernized and transformed into the Veterinary Clinic. Over the years it was developed by its co-owners and employees.

Currently, the Kościuszki Veterinary Clinic employs 8 doctors, 8 technicians, a zoo physiotherapist and 2 management and administration staff. The facility has 6 doctor’s offices where it provides surgery, cardiology, dermatology, nephrology, ophthalmology, dental and rehabilitation services. It also has modern diagnostic equipment (including for direct digital radiography and ultrasound imaging) and supervised inpatient treatment space in the hospital ward. The clinic also offers a broad range of laboratory tests, preventive and care procedures as well as modern additional services, including a store with diet and daily pet food, vending machines with animal products and an online booking system.

“Our clinic combines many years of tradition with a modern approach and commitment to continuous growth to benefit our pet patients. Cooperation with the LuxVet Group will allow us to achieve our goals faster, while maintaining our local identity”, - said Doctor Tomasz Garstecki.

The LuxVet Group will invest in further development of endoscopic, dental and rehabilitation services, provide support in the area of administration and accounting, operations, procurement, IT and marketing and it will offer benefits to employees, such as a training system and private medical care.
