Mobile Vet clinics join LuxVet – strengthening leadership position in Romanian veterinary market

26.02.2026

The LuxVet Group, one of the leading veterinary networks in Central and Eastern Europe, has announced the integration with Mobile Vet, a rapidly growing network of veterinary clinics and pharmacies in Romania.

The integration includes a total of eight locations, four in Bucharest and four in Vâlcea County, with extensive pharmaceutical and service back offices. Each clinic has its own veterinary pharmacy, allowing for comprehensive patient care in a one-stop-shop model. Important add-ons are (i) own-brand OTC supplements for pets, which are currently being honed and developed, and (ii) the Mobile Pet online veterinary pharmacy (mobilepet.ro). Those add-ons help significantly increase the availability of pharmaceuticals and other medical materials for pet owners across Romania, while also building brand recognition and boosting direct sales. For the LuxVet Group, adding Mobile Vet is another milestone it geographical expansion, further strengthening its position as one of the leading providers of professional veterinary care in the country.

Founded in 2013 in Bucharest by Dr. Răzvana Gheoca and Dr. Radu Vasiloiu, the Mobile Vet network has focused on the highest quality veterinary care from the very beginning, introducing innovative solutions, such as a 24/7 emergency-care ambulance, and offering a wide range of services in Mobile Vet clinics and Mobile Pet pharmacies. These services include specialist consultations, surgical procedures, dentistry, cardiology, radiology, laboratory testing, hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including vaccinations, microchipping, issuance of EU pet passports, deworming, sale of medicines, supplements, special-purpose diets, and doctor-recommended accessories. This broad range of services enables full and comprehensive care for every patient.

From our perspective at Mobile Vet, joining the LuxVet Group is not just a step towards faster growth, but a true transformation in the way we think about veterinary care in Romania. Combining the experience of our doctors and our innovative solutions with the resources and know-how of the LuxVet Group will allow us to offer veterinary services at the highest level. This is the fulfillment of our vision – the health, safety, and comfort of every animal, available in every corner of the country, - says Răzvan Gheoca, co-founder of Mobile Vet.
Working with a large partner, such as the LuxVet Group, is a natural step in our journey. Thanks to collaboration and daily exchange of experience and expertise with vet teams across Romania and Poland, we can further improve the care we provide for our patients. From the very beginning, we believed in working with standards on par with the best European clinics. Today, we proudly carry out this mission together with a partner who shares the same vision, - adds Radu Vasiloiu, co-founder of Mobile Vet.
The integration of Mobile Vet into the LuxVet Group opens a new chapter in the development of the veterinary market in Romania. It is an example of integration that combines operational scale with service quality, innovation with experience, and business growth with genuine care for animal health and welfare. For the LuxVet Group, it represents another step in realizing the vision of building a leading provider of modern veterinary care in the region, - says Piotr Zajączkowski, CEO of the LuxVet Group.

Blu Capital Partners Corporate Advisory (BCP CA), acted as exclusive strategic and financial advisor to Mobile Vet, in structuring, negotiating, and executing the transaction with the Luxvet Group.

The transaction brings together a local market leader in a dynamic but highly fragmented sector of veterinary services and a strategic player that combines proven expertise in Central and Eastern Europe, consolidation ambitions, and capital strength. This partnership brings together the key ingredients required to build an ideal platform for accelerated expansion. At BCP, we believe that more and more Romanian entrepreneurs should cultivate such ambitions and consider expanding their businesses, including through strategic partnerships, - adds Dragoș Tudose, partner at BCP.

LuxVet is the leading veterinary platform in Central and Eastern Europe, bringing together around 70 clinics across the region. Since 2022, the Group has been actively consolidating the fragmented veterinary market and, thanks to rapid growth and a focused M&A strategy, has become the largest veterinary platform in the region. Its expansion into new markets reflects the growing demand for high-quality veterinary services and supports the vision of building an international network of clinics and hospitals.

The company follows a partnership-based integration strategy, supporting clinics rather than imposing top-down structures. It invests heavily in teams, advanced equipment, and professional training. Nearly 1,000 veterinary professionals have already benefited from in-person and online learning, ensuring continuous development and knowledge exchange across the network.

The Group also operates Veterio in Warsaw, Poland, the first referral hospital of its kind in this part of Europe, equipped with cutting-edge diagnostic and imaging technology. It employs several board-certified specialists and expects to have around ten diplomates in the near future, further strengthening its expertise and ability to deliver world-class veterinary care.

With a clear focus on excellence, innovation, and education, LuxVet is helping shape the future of veterinary medicine in Central and Eastern Europe.
